Kailee has worked at The Hand Institute since our doors opened in 2010. She was chosen after her internship with us because of the love and enthusiasm she has for hand therapy. While she treats all conditions of the upper extremity, her special skills included fabrication of custom splints and implementation of post- operative tendon protocols. She is also certified in Active Release Techniques. Her interests include sports related injuries as she was involved in athletics through high school and college. This background brings a better understanding of the mechanisms of injury.
